About Me

Over the years, I’ve drawn inspiration from nature—the calming rhythm of waves, the gentle movement of wind through the trees, and the ways the natural world rebuilds after devastation. These moments remind me that healing isn’t rushed; it unfolds with time, patience, and connection. We aren’t meant to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, without fear of judgment, and feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin moving toward a life that feels more balanced and aligned.

Have you found yourself questioning your relationships, career, or parts of your life that no longer feel aligned? Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed—caught in cycles of anxiety, self-criticism, burnout, or emotional exhaustion—and unsure where to start. If so, you’re not alone. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, addiction, depression, and relationship challenges with family members, partners, or colleagues, as well as individuals exploring their identity after leaving or questioning religious communities. As an openly queer therapist, I’m also passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

At the heart of my work is the belief that you already hold the capacity for growth and healing. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself, build self-compassion, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Approach

I approach therapy through a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens, recognizing how past experiences may continue to shape your present. I provide care that is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to your unique needs and lived experiences. By integrating person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), together we can explore patterns that no longer serve you, build awareness of your thoughts and emotions, and develop tools that feel realistic and grounding.

Clinical Experience

My work is grounded in clinical training and experience across a range of settings, including inpatient co-occurring substance use and mental health treatment centers, crisis stabilization, school-based services, abuse advocacy centers, and medication-assisted treatment programs for opioid use. I have also worked in both in-person and virtual private practice, supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. These experiences allow me to meet clients with both clinical knowledge and a compassionate, individualized approach.

I have been practicing in Florida since 2018 and am a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns pursuing licensure.

Who am I outside of a therapist?

I’m a proud pet parent to two very dog-like cats and a surprisingly social turtle. I love a mix of adventure and rest—whether that’s a day at the beach, a hike, traveling, or staying in with a new docuseries. I enjoy experiences and am always up for exploring farmer’s markets, oddities markets, vintage markets, or checking out niche local events.

I’m also passionate about yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness. Brunch is my favorite meal, fall is my favorite season, and Halloween is my favorite holiday. I look forward to getting to know you.
