Rose & Honey Counseling offers free, 15-minute consultations for prospective clients, providing you an opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns, and assess if our style resonates with your needs. We believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to effective treatment, and we're here to support your mental wellness journey.
Individual Psychotherapy
Rose & Honey Counseling provides 53-minute virtual, individual psychotherapy sessions for clients residing in Florida that can be accessed through a smartphone, computer, or tablet device.
The first session is an initial evaluation, during which the therapist gathers relevant background information, including current concerns, mental health history, and personal goals for therapy. This guides the development of an individualized treatment plan. Subsequent sessions focus on ongoing assessment, skill-building, and therapeutic interventions to support emotional well-being, symptom reduction, and overall functioning.
Supervision
Rose & Honey Counseling offers supervision for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns pursuing licensure in the state of Florida.
