About Me
Starting therapy can feel like a significant step, and finding a therapist you connect with is just as important as deciding to begin. My aim is to offer a space where you feel heard and respected, and where the work we do together is both meaningful and practical.
Many of the people I see describe feeling stuck—whether by persistent anxiety, the weight of past experiences, uncertainty about next steps, or a sense that life is not moving in the direction they want. I work with adolescents and adults facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Together, we work to understand what is getting in the way and to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Clients often describe me as approachable and easy to talk with. I aim to create a supportive environment where you can be yourself without needing to have everything figured out first. There is room for seriousness and for humor when it fits—both can be part of the process. We move at a pace that feels right, noticing progress as it happens and staying present with the more difficult moments. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change, you do not have to navigate it alone. I would be glad to support you in that work.

Approach
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based techniques. Rather than applying a single method to everyone, I adapt the work to your goals and what feels most useful for you.

Clinical Experience
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida, with master’s degrees in neuropsychology and clinical mental health counseling. I have experience across a range of settings, including medication-assisted treatment programs for opioid abuse, community mental health centers, and private practice. These experiences allow me to meet clients with both clinical knowledge and an individualized approach.

Who am I outside of therapy?
Outside the therapy room, I’m a parent and a proud (and occasionally overwhelmed) pet parent to two dogs and two cats. Our house is equal parts love and controlled chaos. I read just about every genre under the sun, and I bake mostly because it gives me a legitimate reason to eat whatever sweet treat comes out of the oven!
